Lab Support Technician

Pooja is a valued member of the Operations Team at LBIC: Apex. She provides essential services by ensuring clients have access to sterilised, clean labware and prepared solutions. Operating primarily within the sterilisation suite, Pooja manages processes using washers and autoclaves, and oversees the safe collection and disposal of clinical and other specialised waste streams. Her work supports the smooth running of laboratory operations and contributes to maintaining a safe, compliant environment for all clients.

Pooja brings experience from clinical settings, having previously worked at Cignpost Diagnostics as a COVID tester during the pandemic, as well as in cosmetic and skin-care clinics. Her background ensures she upholds high-standard clinical practices and client care.
